Ryan Azadan
Ryan has participated and performed in every aspect of the taxi, livery, & specialty transportation industry his entire adult life, starting from his early college years, to current times. Ryan has made a truly incredible transformation over the span of 8 years of being in the transportation industry. From the very beginning, Ryan took a hands-on approach enduring time as a driver, monitor, dispatcher, office manager, and even maintenance, all while maintaining an active role as the company administrator. “ I had a professor in college who had reflected on their experience as a co-owner for a $400 million dollar company (undisclosed entity producing 80% of the canned beans consumed in the United States at one time). This professor started to get out there and sweep the shop floors everyday. His motto was to make yourself the jack of all trades in your business, earn the respect and trust of your employees, build value with your team, and most importantly be passionate - if that does not come naturally, you’re in the wrong place!” Ryan has stood by this approach since day one and has attained a tremendous amount of success and an excellent reputation. This is no facade, Ryan has brought nothing but pure passion to the table and a portfolio of large names in the transportation world all over New England to back up this claim. Focusing 90% of his services on contract management for Massachusetts’ Human Service Transportation Office brokerages, including MART and FRTA. Ryan makes sure that he’s executing safe passage for a variety of passengers to and from medical facilities, adult daycare, early childhood intervention programs for toddlers, and paratransit. TRU-Ryde Transit is confident that Ryan and his team’s role will set a new standard of safe, reliable, and efficient transportation.
Behnam Bahremand
Transportation has run in Behnam’s family for a long time. With his father and close relatives having worked decades in taxi, livery & specialty transportation, Behnam has seen all angles of the business - from the flow of money, to the actual transport of consumers. Having acquired a business degree from Western New England University, he’s taken a keen interest in the financial side of the transportation business. The numbers guy, Behnam finds joy in solving complex problems, especially when there’s numbers to crunch. With hi expertise in statistical and data analysis, Behnam’s role in the company will ensure an everlasting future for TRU-Ryde Transit. As more of a behind the scenes role in the company, one of Behnam’s key role at TRU-Ryde Transit is the financial health of the company. His attention to detail and focus on task completion are some of his best highlights.
Another outstanding feature of Behnam is his profound passion for the service sector. Starting out in the restaurant industry when he was 17, Behnam has learned the fundamentals of providing the highest quality of service, and consistency is a big part of that success. Behnam has brought that level of passion to this new industry.
